Hello,
I need your advice, I want to connect 2 home cinemas.
I have a basic Philips 5.1 home cinema, and its speakers are mounted on the ceiling, so I can't remove them. I just received a 2.1 Harman Kardon home cinema as a gift, and given its performance, I want to connect it to the same TV.
What setup should I consider?
Thank you very much.

HC surround, so digital signal SPDIF or HDMI. If the TV has multiple digital outputs, no problem.
Otherwise, if one of your HCs has a digital output, you need to connect it to the TV and the second HC to the first one.
Otherwise (one digital output on the TV and none on the HCs), you need to look for a "Y" solution or a box to split the signal. It should be fairly easy with a coaxial SPDIF output.

Hi,
5.1 and 2.1 home theater models?
Brand and model of the TV? -
Hello,
Technically, it is possible to connect two Home Cinemas to one TV. However, we cannot guarantee better sound quality.
There may certainly be interference.
The best option is to connect only one Home Cinema to your TV.
If your TV is a Philips TV, could you please provide us with the model number so that we can assist you?
