What to choose for booting from USB drive?

Hello,
In the motherboard BIOS to boot from a USB flash drive, I have the choice between USB FDD, USB ZIP, USB CD ROM, and USB HDD: which one should I use?

    Hi

    I would opt for usb-HDD... because a USB stick behaves like a hard drive. The others concern external devices, in the following order:

    - floppy disk
    - zip drive
    - cd rom drive
