How to Buy a House in GTA 5

Hello,
I’m trying to buy a house in GTA 5, so I go to the phone, then to the internet and click on the real estate agency icon "Lenny Avery" and a list of houses appears on the map. I set the GPS to one of them, and when I go there, nothing, no sign indicating how to buy the house, nothing at all.

In solo mode, you cannot buy a house, but in online mode, you can buy an apartment.

and in gta online lenny avery is still under maintenance my ass yeah

because maybe your PS3 is bricked, you need to flash it online.
