Missing language bar

Hello, I'm going in circles and no "resolved" answer is unlocking the situation: it's impossible to recreate the FR or EN icon or etc. in the taskbar while the control panel is well configured and canceling and reconfiguring doesn't help.
This is very inconvenient because I often write in Polish with special characters.

    Hello.

    Start -> Run, type regedit.exe (to open the registry).

    Then expand this branch:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\

    Right-click on the Run key -> New -> String Value, name this value ctfmon

    Right-click on the ctfmon value -> Modify, set the data to CTFMON.EXE
