With a small software called Vistalizator that works with Windows Vista and 7
1* Download the Arabic language pack: https://www.froggie.sk/download.html
2* Download Vistalizator: http://www.froggie.sk/download/Vistalizator_1.40.zip
3* Follow the tutorial: https://www.froggie.sk/screens.html
and it works!!!
