Hello,
I created several macros that I put in a personal macro file.
There are 5 of us doing the same work. So I sent them my file for them to save it on their workstation.
I helped them install it and assign a quick access key to their quick access toolbar (6 keys).
After installation, I tested each key and everything works fine.
The problem is that at some point, I don't know why, the keys stop working. But they can still activate the macros by manually going to View Macros / Run.
And this morning, poof, the file disappeared.
Why does it disappear like that?
On my machine, it never does that. And I saved the file for them in the same place mine is, which is on the C drive (a few folders down).
Sometimes, I do updates and I want to send them a new one, but I need to fix this problem first.
We had to go back to the C drive and reopen the file.
Thank you.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

I FOUND IT !!!!!
After searching through all the forums on the internet, where someone else might have encountered the same problem, someone provided this solution:
Go to "Excel Options" / "Add-Ins" menu
At the bottom right of the Manage drop-down list.
Choose "Disabled Items" > Click on the "Go..." button
Select PERSONAL.XLSB and click the "Activate" button
IT WORKS!!!! Finally.
Phew, my colleague is very happy now.
So I'm sharing the solution with you.
Have a good day everyone, it's ending my week well, it :)

Just so you know, I had the same issue.
For me, the problem came from the "Quick Access Toolbar" file in my session that I modified to restore my macro functionality.
