Hello,
I'm currently experiencing a problem with my USB ports. When I plug in my USB key, it works, but when I plug in my mouse, it doesn't. I have two mice: one with a wire and one that connects via a kind of USB dongle, which works without wires, but it's not working now. I'm really frustrated because I just bought it yesterday. Anyway, I've checked various forum sites but still can't find a solution. I went to Device Manager and under User Interface Devices, I clicked and saw USB Input Device with a yellow triangle indicating there's a problem. I'm on Windows 8, please help me, thanks in advance.
Sincerely, Thibault12345

Try installing your mouse drivers if you have a CD with it, or find them directly on the manufacturer's website for your mouse.

Excuse me, I forgot to specify that I have already tried system restore but it doesn't work = (

Well, you can uninstall and then reinstall the device. If that step doesn't work, look for the drivers. If you find that difficult, I recommend using Driver Easy :)

WINDOWS 8, I love you!!!! -
How to reinstall the device please

You go to Control Panel, then System, then on the left Device Manager, then at the bottom you will have Mouse and other pointing devices, you should see your mouse in the list, right-click then uninstall... try then restarting and Windows should reinstall it correctly.
