Orange TV app for iPad to external screen

Hello,
Here is my situation. I am an Orange TV customer and I have the channel package included in my offer on my iPad thanks to the Orange TV app. Since I never use this app, I gave my codes and credentials to my brother so that he could enjoy television on his own iPad. He bought an HDMI adapter to watch TV on his own TV screen. The problem is that these apps are apparently protected against external screens.
Indeed, when connecting the iPad to the television and launching the Orange TV app, an error message appears stating that it is impossible to project this application onto an external screen.
Is there a way to project these applications onto the TV? I am also a Canal+ customer and I have the same problem with CanalTouch.
