Hello, it's indeed Alt F10 to start the restoration, but the bar (system restoration) is loaded at 100% while the system update bar is loaded at 99%. It's been an hour and nothing is happening. What should I do? Thank you for any possible response.

Look for "emachine recovery management" in your programs and run it. Take the opportunity to create the recovery DVDs if you haven't already done so before proceeding.
Otherwise, a key combination allows you to start this same procedure at boot. For Acer, it's ALT F10, but I think it's ALT Gr F10 here... check in your PC's documentation.
