Hello,

For a few weeks now, premium SMS messages (charged at 0.10 to 0.13 cents excluding tax) have been sent from my phone to 82 782 without me sending anything (between 3 and 5 messages per day!). I tried to stop this by sending STOP to no avail, and even when my phone is off, the messages are still sent.
After calling Orange's customer service, it seems they cannot intervene...
Can anyone give me the miracle solution before I end up losing my salary (185 euros last month! and my health???

    Hello, when installing a game or another application, you may have installed a malware program at the same time.
    Reset your phone to factory settings, that might solve the problem.

      I reset my phone before changing my number, I’m waiting to see how it goes... I’ll keep you posted, if it works, it will help others, I have no doubt about that. Thanks anyway for your replies :o)

      It is very likely to be a malicious application as announced by Cristali above. Indeed, a good portion of Android applications are "infected". Even the Play Store is not spared...
