I can no longer post photos on Facebook.

Hi, for the past week, I haven't been able to post photos on my Facebook wall or even on a page. Well, I can sometimes manage to do it, but it works one time in 50! It loads, I see the loading lines, and then suddenly nothing, and the post remains but doesn’t display. I should note that I can still post simple statuses (without attachments). Oh, and I have another problem that started at the same time: I have recurring network outages lasting 10 seconds, and then it comes back; this happens very often. During these outages, when I’m chatting with someone, my messages don’t get sent, and I have to click on “send error” (written in red next to my message) to send it once the network is back! Can anyone help me please? It's frustrating! Thanks in advance.
