Actually, the reason I asked the question is because I had my Gmail account activated when I downloaded the Google+/YouTube photo (I don't know if it's one or the other)... I suspect that the person cannot normally know which PC recorded her image... but when my Gmail is on, maybe she knows (I should have specified this right away)... I take the example of blogs, when someone cites my blog via a link, I'm notified and I know who did it (at least which site picked something from my blog), so I was thinking that if my Gmail was activated, the person whose Google+/YouTube photo I downloaded might also know, kind of like my Gmail is a website... I don't know if I'm expressing myself well.... :(
