This is unacceptable. IMPOSSIBLE to contact the SFR RED customer service by email!!!
I am not receiving the confirmation code by email to be able to post my question on the SFR forum.
We are customers at SFR but we HAVE NO RIGHTS.. NOT EVEN A CONTACT.. This is unacceptable.. how can I reach an SFR assistant ??????

I managed to get through to SFR Red customer service at 08.99.96.17.25 I think (I found the number on a statement.....) to be confirmed.

Normal, tu t'inventes des vies. En magasin, ils ne t'aident pas du tout puisque tu es client Red. Dis-moi juste quel SFR t'a aidé, que j'y aille, parce que dans tout le département des Bouches-du-Rhône, il n'y en a aucun.

No way to have a contact person, yet I would like to know why my remaining units were not carried over as promised during my RED subscription on 10/10/2013, by my contact person?? Is the 950 still free for calls???

impossible to leave an email or ask a question! it is impossible to contact SFR's customer service by email. your links do not work; they only lead to the forum and FAQ. please provide us with the correct link and make sure to test it before sending it to us.

They are all liars and manipulators; they promise you a better service than Free, but it's quite the opposite. They are all incompetent and don't know their job; all their information is incorrect. If I have one piece of advice: don't subscribe to the RED series or SFR either!

I can't take it anymore... One week and I'm losing it:

I don't have access to chat, email, forums, or my options, I don't even have call waiting or visual voicemail anymore...

IN-STORE THEY DON'T HELP BECAUSE IT'S RED SFR but come on, I call 1023 SAME THING but how am I supposed to do if everything is online but I have access to nothing online, can someone explain this to me????????

Save yourself, SFR red has no support service, they left me without service for a month, I never used their line, I left.

For a month they couldn't activate a SIM card, I contacted all their so-called support services that are useless. They just keep telling me to wait, they're taking care of it, I found myself without service for a month, I left.

Call 1023 and say it's for another line; from there, you will be speaking to a representative.

But for the rest, it's pointless really, because in the end, if we have a question, we have to go to a store.

I don't know much about it, but from what I understand, maybe they give you a plan like

for 0 to 60 minutes you pay a fixed 20 euros, and if you use between 61 and 120 minutes you pay 30 euros for a month
if that's the case, then yes
if in one month you have a plan of this type, yes if you exceed by 1 minute you move to the next tier, it's just like income tax basically

actually, it’s about abroad... I saw that it works in tiers, but once I use 61 minutes for example, am I already paying for the 60-120 mins tier?? meaning that talking for 60 mins or 110 is the same thing?
