Hello, I have the same issue as VAL, unfortunately the reset doesn't do anything....
My tablet is a Cooltab-70 from Lenco
it asks me for a username even though I don't have one!!!
please help me

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 28.0.1500.72
