Banned for no reason!

Hello,
I have been banned from the "Grindr" iPhone app for no valid reason, and I would like to know if there is a solution to no longer be banned... Thank you for your response! :)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 11.0

If you've been banned from Grindr, it's probably because you asked for it a bit!!! I've banned about ten users who feel the need to use insults as their mode of communication!!! By the way, it's very easy to do; you just have to use "report" right below the red cross that allows you to block users and put the reason in the drop-down menu, preferably in English! And once banned... it's over. Well, almost because there is a workaround to bypass the ban, but I prefer not to elaborate on that. At best, you change your phone and make sure to be respectful to other users, especially since in case of "report", the moderator has access to the chat content and can thus judge. There you go, you know everything... or almost!

except that I also just got banned from Grindr, for no reason, no shocking or violent speech or insults, no shocking photos, so I think some clever or frustrated people who can’t have you block and ban you. So no, I don’t want to, and I can't change my phone, I’ve submitted a request to ban Grindr, with my ID number and my username, I hope to be able to connect again, because I also have friends on this site that I talk to and don't want to lose all those contacts.

I was banned by mistake because of a persistent interlocutor on Grindr
I told him to get lost and he reported me, which led to the ban
It's really strange considering I'm respectful and polite
I'm quite upset as I have friends on there
