I can't hear the Viber ringtone anymore.

For the past few weeks, incoming calls on Viber no longer ring, while sound works for everything else on my iPhone. The ringtone works for calls on Orange.
Does anyone have an idea???

    That's indeed it, but well hidden... in the notifications, for Viber the sound was not checked!

      For a 12-year-old girl, I found the solution for iPhone. You go to Settings, then go to Notification Center, then scroll all the way down where you'll see a lot of things, and then you'll see Viber; click on it and check everything. Indeed, I also had this problem because I couldn't see when someone was calling me or sending me texts.
