Hello,
I'm explaining that my issue is not a problem with the connection or the speed of downloading steam, but rather an issue of download irregularity that results in slow downloading.
What do I mean by irregularity? It means that I will download at a speed of 300 kb/s and then 2 seconds later drop to zero, then come back to 300 kb/s.... ;(
How can I fix this issue?
