Reset or remove the password on Packard Bell

Hello. I just bought a Packard Bell laptop. I entered a password (which looks like "AZE13AERT", meaning it's in uppercase), but after restarting the computer and entering the password, it tells me it's not valid. However, it's the correct password that I entered!
What should I do to remove or reset the password, please?
I can't even access my desktop because of this bug, and I urgently need to download files before tomorrow (going on vacation for two weeks without any internet access)

I tried safe mode, but despite pressing F5, F6, F11, nothing happened.

    Even with Ctrl+Alt+Delete, I've tried five times in a row at startup, but it doesn't do anything except make the screen black for two seconds. And even with that, I still end up on the page where I need to enter my password.
