Good evening, do the LEDs of the powerline adapters blink or stay on? If so, which ones?

Ok, which means that the current passes through the sockets and that it recognizes a connection from the Ethernet ports. Plus, you say that the data light is off, which really means that it’s not a problem with the powerline adapters (they work) but rather an issue with the internet connection via the Ethernet cable. You should configure your box to see if the internet is going through the Ethernet ports correctly. Also, it may not be connected to the right port. What kind of box do you have (Livebox, SFR Box, Bbox...) ?

The first power Ethernet light is blinking and the last Data light is off.

The first power Ethernet light is on (power) and the last Data light is off. I made a mistake with the case ^^

Okay, there is a button on this model, so it's certainly a security feature for data transmission (to prevent someone else in the building from intercepting your web activity by connecting another powerline adapter). I was going to lead you down a false path. Remember to mark the topic as resolved then.
