Hello
I asked my question on my profile, I forgot my Google Play Store password and I can no longer access the Play Store. I tried the solution you suggested but it didn't lead to anything.

    You need to click on "forgot password" and they will send it to your msn :)

      not necessarily MSN...

      but you do need to go to gmail.com and click on "can't access your account" to reset your password
