Hello,

I have a PC with the "classic" administrator account disabled for security reasons and I have another administrator account called, for example, ADMINISTRATOR that has been locked. Do I have a solution to unlock it since I have the password but made 3 mistakes typing it.

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 17.0

Yes, but I already did it, it asks for the account and password, when I enter them, it says the account is locked.

      Hello,
Logically, there is only one administrator account and it is never locked.
It is possible that another account has been created and a delay has been activated to lock it, that's basically it.

      Good evening,
You should check with the owner of the PC.

    Hello,
Tap F8 as soon as the manufacturer logo appears, then choose safe mode, up/down arrow, in safe mode, control panel user accounts and remove the password, restart normally.
