BBox TV issue

Hello, I have the Bouygues Telecom bbox and for the past 2 weeks, I haven't had TV. I was asked to do an update and since then I have dashes on the front of my TV box but no way to access it. I contacted customer service again today and they told me it was a problem all over France, but I find it hard to believe that it's like this everywhere and that no one is talking about it. So if anyone is in the same situation as me or has a solution to propose, I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue, my Bbox TV is stuck on TF1 and it's not due to the remote control.
The support service also told me that it was a problem affecting the entire network, that an update was unable to complete and was crashing the decoder.
He told me it would last a maximum of 48 hours, it's been 72 hours, but let's be patient...

Good evening Julie, I don't think Bouygues Télécom is going to deliberately lie to you about this; if they told you it's a widespread problem across almost all of France, then that's how it is, you just have to wait for their technical service to resolve the issue.

Best regards and have a good evening ;-)

My problem is that they are not clear; they tell me it’s all over France, then they say it’s my decoder that needs to be changed, and they go back to their initial version in the same conversation. Just to be clearer, I would like to find people who are in the same situation as me, because Bouygues is not.

No worries Julie, I hope a few people in the same situation as you can confirm the obvious or not.

Regards and have a good evening ;-)

Hello, you hold down the power button until the decoder stops, it will reset itself. I do this 2 to 3 times a week.
