Hello,
So here is my problem.
When I connect my PC to my Bbox via WiFi or Ethernet, I have no internet access. I do a troubleshooting search and a message appears: "Local area connection" does not have a valid IP configuration.
When I connect with my phone, the connection gets stuck on "obtaining IP address."
Have you ever encountered this problem? Were you able to resolve it? If so, how?
Thank you for your responses. Azerty76598

We resume

With the help of "this image" can you tell me what the status is for each (green, light green (I’m not sure if this exists on Bbox, or red):

- 1. Power.
- 2. Ethernet
- 3. USB
- 4. Wifi
- 5. Phone 1
- 6. Phone 2
- 7. ADSL
- 8. Internet

Alright.

Do you have your Bbox in front of you?

Are you picking up the WiFi signal from it?

If you plug in now via Ethernet, can you connect?

With WiFi (using another PC), can you connect to "Bouygues Telecom WiFi" (or something like that)... it's your box broadcasting it, so you should be getting a strong signal.
