    Good evening,

    Download and install --> 7Zip

    Right-click on the driver
    Choose --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to .......

    Go to the device manager.
    Right-click on the corresponding device
    Update driver
    No, not this time
    Install from a specific location or list
    Check: Include this location in the search
    Browse
    Select the folder of the unzipped driver
    Next, etc...
    Restart the PC

    Good evening,

    Thank you for the first driver:
    *1 Drivers Broadcom NetLink BCM57xx K57 15.6.0.2 WHQL

    no more issues.^^ Thanks!!

    -It was done via Device Manager/update driver/browse/downloaded driver (*1)

    touslesdrivers.com now only detects the second driver to update:
    *2 Drivers Amd AHCI/CIR/IOV/SMBus/USB SB600/SB700/SB800/SB900/FCH 12.8 WHQL

    link: https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=23&v_code=35071

    For this one via Device Manager/update driver/browse/ I can't find the downloaded driver
    (it's not in the proposed lists even though it's on my desktop).

    On my desktop it is in the form of an "application". I therefore double-clicked
    --->an installation starts. The installation goes well but when I return to the touslesdrivers.com site, I still see the same driver to download as if nothing had happened.

    -Restarting this same application (on my desktop) a second time, I see that everything is well installed. a list in which everything is listed as up to date
    (before being able to click on next to start the installation).

    What can I do?

    Thank you in advance!

    For the second AHCI device:

    Go to Device Manager
    Right-click on the device
    Properties
    Details tab
    Provide the hardware ID number.

    To find the ID number, look -->> here <<--

    What is the operating system and is it 32 or 64 bits?

    Double-click on the driver --> 12-8_vista_win7_win8_32-64_sb.exe
    In the window, click on Browse
    Choose the folder --> Your documents

    After extraction, in the new window, cancel the installation.

    Go to Device Manager
    Right-click on the device in question
    Search for a driver on my computer
    Browse
    Go to your documents
    Go to the unzipped driver folder --> 12-8_vista_win7_win8_32-64_sb
    Folder --> Packages
    Folder --> Drivers
    Folder --> SBDrv
    Folder --> hseries
    Folder --> AHCI
    Select the corresponding folder --> win764A or win864 A
    Next, etc...
    Restart
