red ring of death on xbox 360

Question

Hello, I have a Xbox 360 slim with a 250 GB hard drive, I haven't used it for 3 months and now when I turn it on the power button is green for 5 seconds then turns red again.
PS: the screen is still black!
Please help me.

By the way, sorry, I meant the power on/off button, it is green when I turn it on and then it turns red.
