Turtle Beach P11 headset only works on one side

Hello, my "Turtle Beach ear force P11" gaming headset only works on one side, yet it has no physical damage. What can I do?

I think it has this malfunction since I plugged it into my iPad (using the jack).

It should still be under warranty, but I don't know how to contact the manufacturer!

    I am the community manager for Bigben Interactive, the distributor of the Turtle Beach brand in France.

    If your headset has a malfunction, you can return it to the after-sales service of the store where you purchased it. An exchange is mandatory under the warranty if the product has a hidden flaw.

      Hello, we went to Auchan at the store that sold it to us and they told us that we need to return the headset to Turtle Beach.
      What could you tell me?

      Hello, I have the same issue as you, Glorius. However, the law is clear on this: they must exchange it. It's the first time I've been told to send it to Auchan's customer service, while this is the first return. Even at Micromania, they exchange the item right away without needing to know more... I also had an Apple headset; they replaced it for me immediately at the Apple Store... In short, Auchan is a big scam; never buy electronics from them.
