Modify the drawing grid in Word 2010

Hello,
I need to modify the drawing grid in Word 2010 so that I can position images very precisely.
In other versions of Word, it was enough to click on the DRAWING bar -> GRID and then I could adjust the width and height.

Does this option exist in Word 2010, and if so, how do I do it?

You can find it under the Layout tab / Organize group / Align / Grid Settings

This example clearly illustrates the nonsense present in this version of Word.
Why "Align," a very general term, and not "Grid," simply put!
