Unable to change the font color

Hello
We have a shared EXCEL file at work and we differentiate the data entered by each service using color codes / however, now when we want to change, say, OF202222 to blue, as soon as we click on the adjacent cell to validate, the color disappears / as a result, everything is black! It's difficult to keep track. How come we can no longer change the color?

Isn't there a conditional formatting?
Otherwise, is the default connected printer set to Colors?

No conditional formatting and the printer doesn't print in color
But usually it works / and sometimes in certain cells the changes are taken into account all of a sudden...
