How to access the command prompt (cmd) on your laptop

Hello everyone, I wanted to know if it is possible to have the cmd (command prompt) on your mobile phone (mine is a Samsung Galaxy Note), to do shutdowns or things like that to a PC or execute possible commands that go to a computer..

Hello, no, the CMD command prompt is reserved for Windows, the Galaxy Note is running on Android, so it is not compatible.

It's normal that the commands are not the same; the CMD command prompt uses a Unix shell while Android uses the Linux kernel, so it only interprets Linux commands.
