utilisateurs vista-w7-w8 exécuter en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

pour lancer le scan clique sur la loupe avec le + (2ème bouton en haut a gauche)

le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C:\zhpdiag.txt

désinstalle spybot, il est obsolète

télécharge usbfix sur ton bureau (clique sur la flèche verte)

si ton pc émet 1 alerte, ignore la

branche toutes tes sources de données externe a ton pc (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir

choisis le mode "suppression"

on va finir de régler celui-ci...

télécharge delfix sur ton bureau

exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

vérifie que ces cases soient cochées:

supprimer les outils de désinfection (case cochée par défault)

réactiver l'UAC

purger la restauration système

clique sur exécuter

quelques explications....

pour l'uac

on fait la purge de la restauration système pour éviter que tu ne te serve d'un point

de restauration qui serait infecté et qui te rendrait le pc comme avant la désinfection

ps:un nouveau point de restauration a été créé et tu pourras t'en servir en cas de

besoin

pour la suppression des outils de désinfection, rien ne sert de les garder sur le pc

ils sont mis a jour de manière assez régulière et, tu pourras aussi en cas de besoin

le(s) retélécharger

ps: a la fin je te ferai faire un scan avec malware bytes (tu pourras le conserver sur ton pc)

Regarde dans les sujet que j'ai posté ! C'est une histoire de restauration raté qui a fait planter le PC de mon frére ...

Comment je fait pour me servir du nouveau point de restauration ?
J'iamerais le faire tout de suite pour me debarasser de cette tache ...
