Hello, my problem is that I went to a McDonald's with holiday vouchers (as I usually do), and they refused my vouchers because there was no stub "I specify the one that cuts the corner of the voucher." Having nothing else on me, I left empty-handed. I would like to know if the stub is really mandatory or not? Also, if not, I will initiate a procedure. P.S. I went to another McDonald's, and they took them without hesitation.
