I would like to know something

When we call someone, is it possible to go directly to voicemail? Without having the person, please?

Hello,
It is possible to go straight to voicemail if there is a phone network issue. This has happened to me frequently.

Good evening,
yes we go straight to voicemail if the phone is off or the battery is dead

Yes, I knew that, but without the phone being turned off?
Like the caller not seeing that we're calling but there being a message on their voicemail? Isn't there a button for that?
