Problème de virus ???

bonjour à tous

je ne sais pas si mon pc est de nouveau infecté ou non.......

il est lent, très lent, il y a des fenêtres que je n'arrive plus à ouvrir...... il met beaucoup de temps pour s'éteindre (quand il s'éteint)........

j'ai fait agv, ad-aware, spybot, cclearner qui ont tous mis un temps infini à finir.......... j'ai lancé avast depuis hier il n'est pas encore fini aujourd'hui..........

est-ce un virus........ ou un autre problème ?

Un utilisateur signale un PC lent et des fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent plus, s’interrogeant sur une infection sous Windows XP après plusieurs ralentissements et un rapport HijackThis. Plusieurs outils ont été lancés (AVG, Avast, Spybot, CCleaner) et le fil réunit des rapports et des conseils autour de cookies de traçage et d’éléments potentiellement indésirables. Certaines réponses préconisent de sécuriser le PC, de nettoyer les éléments problématiques avec HijackThis et d’éliminer les fichiers suspects au démarrage et dans les clés de registre. Des conseils complémentaires invitent aussi à vérifier l’observateur d’événements et les heures d’exécution des processus pour repérer les sources d’infection et à mettre en place une protection fiable et à jour.

    * Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau

    http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4

    * Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer

    * Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo

    * Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo

    * Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES

    * Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers

    * Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va redémarrer; clique OK

    * Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport HijackThis dans ta prochaine réponse

    Note: Il est possible que VundoFix soit confronté à un fichier qu'il ne peut supprimer. Si tel est le cas, l'outil se lancera au prochain redémarrage; il faut simplement suivre les instructions ci-haut, à partir de "clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo".

                      -onglet affichage

                      puis

                      - activer la case : Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés

                      - désactiver la case : Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu

                      - désactiver la case : Masquer les fichier protégés du système d'exploitation

                      Puis - Appliquer

                      * et Supprime le(s) fichier(s) ci dessous si il(s) est (sont) présent(s) :

                      C:\WINDOWS\system32\actskn45.ocx
                      C:\WINDOWS\system32\Process.e

                      * Dans l'Explorateur Windows recache les fichiers système afin de ne pas faire d'erreur à l'avenir. Retourne à la fenêtre Paramètres de dossiers et sélectionne Ne pas afficher les fichiers cachés ou les fichiers système

                      je ne vois plus trop où chercher côté infectieux.

                      Regarde dans l'observateur d'évènement aux heures où ton pc s'est coupé ce qu'il te dit.

                        voila j'ai fais ce que tu m'as dis mais je ne sais pas où aller pour vider la quarantaine de counterspy ni où passer pour aller dans l'observateur d'événement.......

                        j'aurais un autre service à te demander....... peux-tu m'aider à configurer correctement sunbelt Kerio pour que je sois mieux protégée........ j'ai suivie un tuto pour le configurer....... mais apparemment ce n'est pas bien fait........

                          pour l'observateur d'évènement

                          démarrer--panneau de configuration-----outils d'administration----observateur d'évènement
                          tu regardes dans système où il peut y avoir des croix rouge ou des points d'exclamation
                          puis tu fais un clic droit dessus----propriétés
                          et tu fais une capture d'écran pour le mettre ici, peut être que ça aidera
