Problem copy/paste from one screen to another message this post not

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem posting a message (this is the second time this has happened to me).

The equipment used is a laptop and a second screen.

We will call the laptop screen 1 and the second screen, screen 2.
When I am on a post on screen 1 and want to search for links on screen 2 to copy a piece from screen 2 and paste it on screen 1, once my message is finished, I validate it.

The message appears correctly, and when I refresh the page, the message disappears.
So I try to do it again to see, and it tells me that I have already posted this message, even though it is not displayed.

So my question is, why when I copy/paste from screen 2 to screen 1, does the message not go through?

Additional information, I don't know if it will help, but I am using Windows 8 and Internet Explorer.

    Actually, more precisely, it has returned, I made it regurgitate by the nasty bot. The latter does not like a series of characters that happens to be included in the reference of one of the laptops ;-/

    Don't think there's a link with your screens.

      Yes, among other things, I had this issue and another one that I just checked, which just displayed the message.

      I thought it could be because I had a remote screen, since the only two times I copy/pasted, or my messages weren't handled, were the times I did so on my two screens.

      So, to prevent this from happening again, what do you advise me?
      Maybe not to put too many links one after the other?

      What would you advise?

      When that happens to you for a comment or a response, the safest protocol is to report the topic or a neighboring response. A moderator will appreciate the situation.

      Of course, if you can't get a question through, you should go through here or send a PM to a moderator.

      There is, with Firefox, the Lazarus addon that allows you to recover text that has disappeared after a manipulation error or a bot ingestion. It seems that it also exists for Chrome.
