Hello everyone, I'm reaching out because I have a problem.
I bought a LENOVO Thinkpad Edge 15 laptop less than a year ago, and after a year of good and loyal service, I think it deserves to be formatted.
I don't want to reinstall a new OS but simply reset it to factory settings.
The problem is, I absolutely cannot do it.
I cannot start the PC on the partition reserved for factory configuration.
The CD I created won't boot either.
Any ideas on the method to apply?
