Hello,
I wanted to get some information because I don't know what to do!
Actually, I bought a second-hand Wii and it turns out that I need a secret code to go online, to access certain menus, etc.
BUT I don't have this secret code. I read about how to format it because I imagine that might be a solution, but to do that I still need the secret code.
Is there another solution?

1. From the Wii menu, go to the Wii icon at the bottom left
2. Then go to Wii Settings
3. Go to the second page and select Parental Controls
4. Press Yes when asked if you want to change the parental control settings
5. When asked for the secret code that you do not have or no longer have, press I forgot
6. Since you do not know the answer to the secret question, press I forgot again
7. A unique code is given that should be used to call Nintendo. Note down this number
8. Go to this site https://wii.marcan.st/parental, enter the 8-digit code in the first field and choose today's date. A 5-digit code will be generated. Note it down
9. On the Wii, press OK and enter the 5-digit code
10. Confirm
11. The parental controls on the Wii are now unlocked
