Hi, I bought a 64GB micro SD card online, http://media.materiel.net/live/154121.jpg two months ago (on Le Bon Coin)
upon receiving it, I ran the h2testw test
The 64GB was in perfect condition and usable. Great!
Today, for some unknown reason, I connect it to my computer via the microSD-SD card reader, and it doesn't appear on the computer!
So I use a microSD-USB reader, and it works, I see my microSD card, but empty!, with only 27GB of free space!
(with another microSD card, I concluded that the microSD-SD card reader was dead since it didn't work with this other microSD card either)
But for my SanDisk, I've tried formatting it in all formats, quickly or slowly, and I can't find the original 64GB.
I then checked the disk management, and it shows that there is 27GB healthy, and 32GB unallocated, impossible to recover these 32GB.
What should I do?

Hello everyone,
my method may sound strange, but it worked very well for me. You put the mini SD card into a smartphone, then go into the smartphone's settings, then go to "storage", and at the level of the SD card, you select "Format SD card". You click on "Erase SD card", then "Erase everything".
The smartphone will reformat the SD card and then check the formatting done. When you check the capacity of the SD card again, it has regained its original capacity. Of course, everything that was inside has been erased, but all the other methods I read about previously with Windows or other software don't work in all cases.

Thank you very much, your technique really works, I also tried all the methods I found such as SD formatter, typing FAT32... in the computer console and simply formatting with Windows and it didn't work, while your method is simple and effective. Thank you!
