Is Banggood reliable?

Hello, I would like to know if you have ever ordered from the website www.Banggood.com, and whether you received your order within 7 to 15 days?

    Listen, I already have 4 orders with them, delivered within 8 days, payment via PayPal! They respond by email even if you send to them in French!

    I recommend it to you!

    Bang ... not good at all!

    Hello, everyone.

    10 projectors purchased with their remote controls to modify the lighting options
    RECEIVED: No remote controls, and 4 broken projectors.
    I had taken out price protection ... they refuse to reimburse me for customs fees!
    A pure disaster!

    Banggood is offering me, on a set worth €440 ... €30 in compensation!

    It's enough to make you cry!

    I ordered clothes a month ago, received nothing, and two out of three were completely canceled, including one yesterday, so for me, this is not reliable at all. I expect the third one to be canceled as well.

    A big scam to avoid!!!!
    As soon as there is a problem, and there will be, whether it's a product received in bad condition or regarding the warranty, they will blame each other.

    I bought a phone on Banggood.com, but the delivery is too slow and the customer service attitude is poor. Since then, I prefer shopping on the site http://fr.comebuy.com, the delivery is fast, usually in about 7 days, really satisfied.

    According to the WOT scorecard, this site is moderately reliable.
    It's a Chinese e-commerce site, so I have doubts.
    But McAfee at least certifies that it is secure.
    Check if it's reliable regarding the terms and conditions (T&Cs), and if they mention anything about delivery times and refunds.

    This site is a scam... Avoid it... I am on my 18th order on banggood.com and have had no issues... Some items are only shipped within 6 to 9 days depending on stock, but that's indicated!!

    No, they are not reliable. You order a 21700 4800 mAh battery and you receive a different type or size of battery with 3500 mAh. I sent photos of the goods at their request... But no response since then... Fortunately, I only lost 16 euros and I've ordered 2 5000 mAh type 21700 batteries from Nkon for the price of €12.60, shipped from the UK.
    But don’t buy anything from them, go to Amazon, it’s more reliable.
