Hello, I have a Packard Bell ZA8 (SNID: 93306396125) and it originally came with Windows Vista, which is really not great, so I installed XP, but now I have a big problem with the drivers; even connecting via the RJ45 cable doesn't work. I'm checking the manufacturer's website, but I see that my model isn't listed. I absolutely need it for a friend who lent it to me for that. Thank you for providing a download link or if you have the drivers on CD-ROM, I would really appreciate it and feel relieved. Thank you to anyone who can help me.

    Which version of Windows XP do you have, 32 or 64?
    Is your computer a laptop?
    In any case, you can go to this site:
    https://www.packardbell.com/pb/fr/FR/content/download
    You enter your SNID on the right and the site will find your PC directly,
    then you choose your version of Windows and download the drivers by clicking on the little floppy disk next to each driver.

    There you go, good night :P

    Re hello, I checked and they don't tell me exactly 32 or 64 but rather (Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2)
    And yes, I had forgotten to mention that the site displayed a "404" error when I gave them my SNID that's why I sent you my SSID and yes my computer is a small notebook (laptop). Thank you again for your replies.
