Hello,
when I try to print a document from my laptop to my Wi-Fi printer, I receive the following message:
Printer temporarily stopped
" HP Photosmart 5510d series (network) " is temporarily stopped
I don't understand the problem since I can scan a document from the printer to the computer just fine but cannot send documents from the computer to the printer. In fact, the document is correctly sent to the print queue but it doesn't print.
Does anyone know what to do?
Configuration: Windows 8 / Firefox 20.0

Hello! I just had the same problem. Here’s my easy solution!!!:
By going into the printer queue, I clicked on the "printer" tab and unchecked "pause printing". Now, my printer's status has changed to "online" and I am able to print again!
