Hi,

for my part, I don’t see it; do you try to change all your cartridges just in case one is faulty?

You can also check the printer settings from the printer toolbox/properties/features/Color management/test both options

what type of printer, or how many ink cartridges does this printer have

do the cartridges still contain ink

do you use original or compatible cartridges

do you use your printer regularly, otherwise how long has it been since you last used it

Hello,

so it's an Epson DuraBrite Ultra
my cartridges are full
I tried compatible cartridges once but it didn't work for all the colors, so I switched back to the originals, but the yellow one is still working
I use it regularly, the black and white is fine but the photos come out pink...
I must be on Windows 7 (64-bit) ???not sure...I don't know anything about this!!

I had exactly the same problem. Try cleaning the print heads. In my case, it's resolved.

Yes, it is the main cause of color defects, which is why I asked all those questions about using compatible ink, printer immobilization, etc.

We should try printing photos with applications other than Word and Excel, like Paint or PhotoFilter, etc. to see if the problem is general.
