Hello,
I am a fiber customer at Orange. The cable connecting the connection box (ONT) to the Livebox has broken.
I asked Orange if it was possible to change it, and they told me that the only solution is to have a technician come (90 €) ...
I would like to know if it is possible to replace this cable myself by buying it online.

Hello!
Yes, no problem at all: It's an Ethernet cable, category 5e or category 6, widely available. Even my grandmother could change it.
At the hotline, they must have misunderstood: The cable that's difficult to change, which requires a specialized technician, is the other cable, the one upstream from the ONT. The fiber optic is always very delicate...
