PC won't start, "Press Dell"

Question

Hello,

I don’t know what to try...

I can’t start my PC, I have a black screen that says “Press Del to run Setup,” and no matter which keys I try on the keyboard, nothing happens...

I can only think of one explanation: yesterday, I messed with the control panel by changing the power-saving settings, sleep mode, etc... And I must have done something wrong!! I imagine my PC went into sleep mode, but how do I wake it up from this state????

So if the "Dell" key is "Delete", no it doesn't work, the PC shows no reaction. And no, I don't know how to start in safe mode if you don't help me!  Thank you in advance!

Okay

1/ Completely turn off your PC
2/ Turn on the PC, then press the F8 key as many times as possible /!\ Do not let Windows start, press F8 as soon as the power button is pressed

3/ Choose: Safe Mode with Networking

Let me know if you have your desktop.

Sure, let's take the opportunity to see what’s wrong

--> Download ZHPDiag (by Nicolas Coolman).

--> Double-click on the installation file, then install it with the default settings (don’t forget to check "Create a desktop icon").

--> Launch ZHPDiag by double-clicking on the icon on your desktop (Right-click > Run as administrator (Vista and 7/8).

--> Click on the magnifying glass at the top left, then let the tool scan.

--> Once the scan is complete, the report ZHPDiag.txt will be on your desktop

--> Go to the site: https://www.cjoint.com/

--> Click on: Choose and select the ZHPDiag file that is on the desktop then " Create the Cjoint link "

--> Paste the link here
