Hello,

I've been downloading large files (several gigabytes) for a few days now, but it's taking an incredibly long time due to my connection: the download speed doesn't exceed 60 kb/s!

This slowness didn't use to bother me because I hardly ever downloaded, although I believe the download speed has always been this slow since I got the internet.
I have several Livebox 2, and I recently acquired a Livebox Play, but the connection speed hasn't increased.
This speed is the same whether I'm using a wired connection, powerline (gigabit ethernet kit!), or Wi-Fi.

What can I do?

Thank you for your responses,
Best regards,
Julien.

    hi
and what do you use to download, torrent, firefox...?
logically with 2 meg you should be able to reach 250 kb/s

      Uh, I'm using Chrome!
And I downloaded the thing you recommended (I found a key afterwards) and I'm reaching a maximum of 130 KB/s but really at most, on average I must be around 75 KB/s.

      I told you earlier lol
      you won't exceed 250 KB/s
you must have an issue with your line, check with Orange or change your subscription!!!
personally, with Mozilla, I download at 800/900 KB/s while with IDM, I download at 1.50 MB/s

    Hello
if you want to increase your download speed, you can use this download manager ---> IDM
    it's paid but extremely effective
otherwise, how many megabytes do you have with Orange? it's written on your bill
    because 60kb/s is really small
