Hello,

Help!!!
I was playing "Scrabble" against the computer and... nothing, I can't do anything... the screen doesn't respond anymore...
What should I do?
I bought the tablet (Galaxy 10.1) on Amazon for Christmas... I don't even know if it's under warranty!!!
I've looked through the manual but found nothing.
Thank you for your help...
The tablet is still on... Will there be a miracle when the battery runs out?

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 19.0

Hi,

I found the solution: you need to press the on/off button, the volume + button, AND the - button at the same time until the tablet restarts.

In any case, it worked for me. ;)

I think that indeed the tablet froze when the computer wrote: opium... it was a victim of an overdose and I experienced a major panic attack...

You are truly amazing.. Without your help, my Samsung 3G would have crashed.

But it's not over... I no longer have WIFI!!!
Let me explain, I was on a country music page and all of a sudden
my Samsung tablet froze, the screen crashed with a worrying sound.. I was so scared that I put it in the bathtub (empty, of course!), it felt like it was going to explode.. and I came to ask for help... Thank God I stumbled upon your precious topic...

Press the 3 buttons at the same time (home, volume, power) and... wait a little... the Samsung turns off and on again...
But I no longer have Wifi.. The tablet does not recognize my box?!

Please help me.

She is probably frozen.
Nothing serious, it will turn back on like new once charged.
It is impossible to turn it off, and the only solution to do so is to open it like a brute and wait!
A frozen system often consumes a lot, so it shouldn't take long. (7 hours?)
Be patient, and it should be fine.

Before going to bed, the tablet was off... so I put it back on charge and this morning... miracle it works, I've even finished the game...

I have the same problem with my tablet, and it happens when I'm connected to the internet. It's been 3 days that it's frozen, the screen doesn't turn on, but when I call it, it rings.
