Meaning of keyboard keys on Asus Notebook laptop

Good evening,

Is there a kind soul among you?

I have a new Asus Vivobook S400CA laptop...

Configuration: Windows 8 / Chrome 25.0.1364.172

I have a bilingual QWERTY keyboard. I am Canadian.

The keys on my keyboard do not all correspond to what the key actually indicates.

How can I find out what each key corresponds to?

And is it possible to arrange everything so that each key matches what is indicated?

    how to switch from a QWERTY keyboard to an AZERTY keyboard (or vice versa) in Windows 2000, XP, or Vista?

    If your regional settings include both English and French languages, you can quickly switch from QWERTY mode (NDC1: English keyboard) to AZERTY mode (NDC1: French keyboard).

    To do this, simply use one of these key combinations:

    Shift + Alt Gr
    Shift + Alt
    Alt + Shift (in that order)

    Each time you use this combination, you will toggle from one mode to the other.
