Adjusting volume up or down using asus keyboard

Hello, I can't increase or decrease the volume using my keyboard. I should add that F10, F11, and F12 have a speaker icon but it doesn't work. Thank you for your response.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 14.0.1

    By simultaneously pressing the "Fn" (Function) key located between Alt GR and Ctrl at the bottom right of the space bar and one of the keys F9, F10, or F11, you should be able to control the sound
    Fn+F9 mutes the speaker - Fn+F10 decreases the volume and Fn+F11 increases it
