Bbox not found on the "network connection" page

Hello, I have a big problem with my Bbox for a month: when I open the "connection to a network" page and look for My Bbox, it doesn't show up! So I tried connecting with my phone, successfully... I don't understand anything anymore! Please help me!!! :'(

Configuration: Windows Vista / Chrome 25.0.1364.97

    Would you have the search engine "OPERA" version 12... because there is incompatibility with the bbox.

    Try reinstalling the bbox disk.
