Skype - the other person can't see me

Hello, here's my problem, to summarize, I use it to get in touch with my family in the USA. When I make a video call, it works well for me, but the other person can't see me, unlike me. They told me they tried to communicate with other Skypers and, according to them, it worked perfectly. Instead of the video, they only see my photo on the screen. How can I make them see me?     I advise you to check your settings
    - In the top left corner, go to "Skype", "Profile", "Ringtone"
    - Then a new page will open, so go to: "General" then "Video"
    - After that, maybe the problem lies there.

    Otherwise, the problem might be with the webcam:
    - Check that the webcam is properly connected.
    - Or during the call, check that there isn't a "red cross" on the webcam logo
