Hello,

I would like to know how to make it so that the person I'm talking to doesn't see the messages I've sent them on Skype.

Of course you can delete a message that has already been sent. I’ve experienced it myself. Just select the message, right-click and choose delete message, then you’re good to go. The message will disappear and the person won't see it.

Most of the time, with the right click, I can delete a message. But sometimes, I don’t know why, I can’t delete certain messages.

Hello, on the computer to delete Skype messages, you need to go to the top left where it says Skype, go to privacy, click, and then you'll go to clear history and delete everything. On tablet and phone, there isn’t an option; I can't manage to delete the messages.

  If I (on tablet). You press and hold (or maybe right-click with the mouse) and it will offer: copy message, quote message, edit message, and delete message. You select delete message and that’s it.

  You will delete the message yes, but:
  It doesn't stop the recipient from having read it and remembering it
  If the recipient has their history enabled, they will always have the message with them
  If the message is older than 48 hours, it doesn't delete anything at all.
